What you share

When you send an inquiry, we collect your name, hospitality group and email address, along with any phone number or message you choose to provide. Please use the form for an introductory inquiry and leave out sensitive guest, employee or business records.

How it is used

We use your details to review your inquiry, contact you and discuss a possible engagement. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a marketing list. Access to inquiries is for the people handling those conversations.

Website services

This website is hosted by Netlify, which also processes and stores form submissions on our behalf. Hosting and spam-prevention services may process technical information such as IP addresses and request details. This site does not add advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. The interactive examples run in your browser and do not collect information.

Requests and questions

To ask about information you have submitted, request a correction or request deletion, contact susan@khenoy.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

Client work

Any access to operational systems or guest information for a consulting engagement is scoped separately with the client. Sending an inquiry does not authorize that access.
